Anilox rolls

NaHCO3 is used in the anilox roll cleaning process for dry cleaning of the anilox roll surface without damaging it.

Anilox rolls can be cleaned at the customer’s premises directly in the printing machine without removing the roll from the machine; a roll removed from the printing machine can be cleaned as well. The cleaning includes an optical inspection of the roll surface and measurement of the ink transfer by the anilox roll before and after cleaning.
